Growing up in Chicago, upcoming artist Mz. Olivia faced hardships and obstacles that challenged her to grow into adulthood at an early age.
In an environment where survival is considered second-nature, Mz. Olivia used her talents as a musician to challenge herself for the greater good.
When asked what inspired her stage name Mz. Olivia stated the following…
“My mom and I both have the same middle name; Olivia. Which is my great grandmas first name. I wanted to go with Livv but feared people mispronouncing it as Live.”
Although music can be subjective at times, dedication is not. Eventually, the fruits of your labor will arrive in joyous times.
