Aspiring artist Ace Dubz is here with us today to promote his upcoming single Soul Cries, which will be dropping January 21st of this month.
Originally from a small town in Kansas known as Leavenworth, Ace's love for music began to develop as a hobby to cope with being unable to maintain friendships due to traveling.
A conversation with his father is what originally pushed him to master his craft as an artist.
"When the Playstation 2 came out I was obsessed with it. My pops and I had an agreement where if I could recite a song for him perfectly, he would purchase the console for me", confirms Ace.
"Although, I failed, that desire to keep on going is what drove me to the dedication that I have for this industry today", states Ace Dubz.
Although many upcoming artists have their own struggles, pushing through defeat is what allows you to maintain your status.
